Third parties
On Thrr Shop, we use third parties in the payment and shipping processes. If any failure occurs with these parties, we promise that we will follow up on the matter and address it with the third party. However, any failure with one of these parties is considered outside the scope of our responsibility.
Shipping
Thrr Shop will ship the order to the address provided to us. Shipping normally takes a maximum of one to five business days, depending on the city of residence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Damaged products
Thrr Shop guarantees that all products are new, unused, and undamaged. However, if there is any damage to the product, we ask that you notify us within three days of receiving the product. In this case, Thrr Shop will replace the product at no cost.
