Thrr Online Shop guarantees that all products are new, unused, and undamaged.

Return and Exchange Steps

• Contact the shop’s customer service to clarify your return or exchange request and have it approved.
• After approving the request: return the order to Thrr’s Riyadh branch (Al-Ezdihar District – Touraif Street) or via a shipping company.

Pricing and Costs

• If any product damage is noticed, please inform us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will replace it free of charge with no cost to the customer.
• If you wish to return the product after 14 days of receiving the order, the items must be in good condition with their original packaging (if available). A shipping fee of 23 SAR will be deducted.

Refunds

• In case of any refunds due to returns or exchanges, the transfer process takes 7–14 days.

Exceptions

• Customised products are excluded unless there is damage or a manufacturing defect.
